In order to make your transport successful, you will have to pack and prepare your goods as best as you can. Please bear in mind your goods should fit in your reserved space in the truck. The used space will be measured after the goods are loaded. If it turns out that more space is needed than reserved, it can be used - if available - against payment of a surcharge. You should always pay for the entire reserved space, even if the goods take up less space than reserved.
You request a quote or place an order through the website. You mention your contact details, the transported goods including dimensions, the desired pick up and delivery date and the pick up and delivery address. We will inform you of the exact date the goods will be picked up. Five days before the goods are picked up, the total sum should be transferred into our account.
We will come by on the appointed day to pick up the goods. Your goods should be on the ground floor ready to be loaded
directly. You bring the goods to the car. The driver will put everything in the truck, secure it and stay with the truck to watch over your property.
You will fill out the cargo form with the driver. This shall clearly state the transported goods and the total number of pieces. You will also be asked for a copy of your passport, which will be added to the cargo form.
One day before delivery, we will contact you to make an appointment for delivery. We will measure everything and let you know if the goods have taken up more space than the reserved volume.
Upon arrival at the delivery address you will, if applicable, pay the extra space occupied in cash. You should lift the goods out of the truck yourself and put them inside. Afterwards, you sign the cargo form. By doing this you declare to have received your goods in good condition.
