Wrap everything, as far as possible, in boxes, even clothing and (kitchen) equipment. Unpacked or poorly packed goods can be rejected.
No filled garbage bags, laundry baskets, plastic bags, open crates, etc.
Use solid standard size moving boxes of about 48 x 32 x 36 cm as much as possible. If you want to use different size, please consult us first. All boxes should be of the same size.
Please make sure the boxes are not too heavy (up to 20 kg).
Please fill boxes with clothing or towels so they don't collapse.
Wrap boxes tightly with tape.
Keep boxes with fragile goods separately and inform us.
Plastic crates damage quickly and are transported at your own risk.
Please keep valuables, such as jewelry, with you.
No need to put address label on the goods. We will do this for you.
Furniture, machines, equipment, etc.
Protect furniture that you don't want to get damaged with cardboard.
Protect paintings with bubble wrap or cardboard. Glass breaking is at your own risk.
Television in the original box. If you don't have it, pack it in blankets. If you have a plasma tv, you should report this to the driver so it is transported in the right way.
Protect mattresses with fitted sheets /flannel or special mattress covers.
Refrigerators, freezers, washing machines, dryers, coffee/ espresso machines, pressure washers, garden hoses and other equipment that use or contain water should be emptied completely and should be dry.
Use a transport lock on your machines if necessary.
Machines with internal combustion engine and fuel tank should be emptied completely and vented.
Batteries of machines should be disconnected.
(Motor)bikes and scooters
Disassemble pedals.
Turn the steering wheel a quarter turn.
Mopeds and scooters should be run dry and fuel tank completely emptied and vented.
Make sure it is not locked.
Prohibited goods
Alcoholic beverages.
Weapons, ammunition, explosives.
Flammable liquids.
Narcotics.
Tobacco.
Money.
Live animals.
(Products made of) protected species or crops.
Meat or fish.
Counterfeit goods.
Other prohibited goods by law of the country where they are loaded, transported and/or unloaded. If in doubt please ask the driver.
Any fines or damages resulting from the breach of the above prohibitions will be charged to you.
