LOADING & UNLOADING

Loading

• Your address should be easy to find and directly accessible without obstacles by truck.
• Make sure you are there at the agreed time and available by phone. Waiting time will be charged to the client at € 7,50 per 15 minutes.
• Make sure the goods are on the ground floor ready to be loaded directly.
• Make sure you get enough help to lift and bring the goods to the car. The driver is responsible for loading and securing of the goods.
• The driver will mark all your goods with a colored sticker.
• Make sure you have a copy of your passport.

Unloading

• Your address should be easy to find and directly accessible without obstacles  by truck.
  
• Make sure you are there at the agreed time and available by phone. Waiting time will be cahrged to the client at € 7,50 per 15 minutes.
  
• Any unpaid sums should be paid in cash before unloading.
  
• Make sure there is enough assistance to help unload directly. The driver will remain with the truck.
  
• First everything will be unloaded, then you can put in its place.
  
• Report any damages on the cargo form.
